Iraqi Ambassador to Amman Meets with Jordanian Health Minister

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Palestine Mrs. Safia Talib Al-Suhail visited the Jordanian Ministry of Health and met with the Jordanian Minister of Health Dr. Saad Jaber.

Ambassador Safia affirmed during the meeting the desire of the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the recommendations of the Iraqi Minister of Health to convey his greetings to Jordanian Minister and the affirmation of the Iraqi government’s desire to promote and develop bilateral cooperation in the field of health and activating the health cooperation agreement signed between the two governments in 2004 and recommendations of26 session of joint committee meetings in Baghdad, as well as the recommendations of the technical committees that held their meetings in Amman for joint cooperation.

Ambassador Al- Safia also conveyed the message of the Minister of Health, Dr. Alaa Alalwan, to his Jordanian counterpart and his expectation of a meeting to complete the official consultations to promote and activate health cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
