The Charge D’affaires in Prague Meets with Vice-President of Czech Senate

The Chargé D’affaires of Iraq in Prague,  Mr. Ihsan Al-Awadi met with the Vice-President of the Czech Senate, Mr. Jiří Oberfalzer, in the presence of the heads of the Foreign Relations and Economic Affairs Committees of the Senate. During the meeting, intensive coordination was held on the upcoming parliamentary visits between the two countries. The Czech vice president of the Senate and several members are due to visit Baghdad in September this year, and is Prague is supposed to host the first deputy speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Mr. Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi.

During the meeting, the two sides also discussed several proposals for cooperation, in addition to political and security developments in the Middle East.
