The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Amman Meets with Jordanian Minister of Higher Education

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Palestine Mrs. Safia Talib Al-Suhail discussed with Jordanian Minister of Higher Education Dr. Walid Al-Maani the cultural, scientific and academic cooperation between the educational institutions in Iraq and Jordan during a visit by her Excellency to the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.

During the meeting they stressed the importance of expanding cultural exchange in all specialties, as well as discussing the situation of Iraqi students and professors in Jordanian universities.

On her part, Ambassador Al-Suhail thanked the Minister of Education and the Jordanian State for hosting the Iraqi academics and students over the past years.On his part, Minister Al-Maani expressed his country’s pride in Iraqi competencies which contributed to providing the educational institutions with expertise and capability that reflect the ability to leave a positive impression on the nature of positive cooperation in Jordanian educational institutions
