The Head of America Department, Ambassador Luqman Al-Faili, met with Mr. Anibal Gallegos Ramirez, the Ambassador of Venezuela in Baghdad and discussed developing bilateral relations between Iraq and Venezuela, including the activating of the memorandum of understanding, signed agreements and projects that are being negotiated between the two countries.
