The Charge d’Affaires of Republic of Iraq in Nouakchott Meets with Minister of Finance of Mauritania

The Charge d’affaires of the Republic of Iraq to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania Mr. Mustafa Salman met with Mr.  Ahmed Ould Kambou, Minister of Finance.

The two sides discussed bilateral relations and means of enhancing them. The Chargé d’affaires raised the issue of Iraqi real estate in Mauritania and the Iraqi debt in some Mauritanian financial institutions and the need to expedite the resolution of these files.

The Minister expressed his readiness to cooperate to resolve and closure of these files in the short period to come.
