Congratulation

Congratulation:
Today, Iraq has achieved historic success in including the ancient city of Babylon on the World Heritage List.
I am therefore pleased to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Iraqi people in taking rapid steps towards openness to the world.
This historic achievement is the result of joint efforts that have been combined and coordinated , including that of the Foreign Ministry which mobilized its maximum capacity.
We have invested in bilateral meetings and dialogues in support of this outstanding demand, as well as all our embassies deployed in the countries of the world as this is a duty we owe to our country.
